Daniel Rothstein has been a New York commercial litigator for over twenty years.
Mr. Rothstein’s litigation experience covers areas such as partnership disputes, real estate, trusts and estates, government investigations, legal malpractice defense, and antitrust. Much of his work has focused on cross-border business disputes, including cases related to Russia, where Mr. Rothstein worked as an international transactional lawyer from 1990 to 2000. He continues to advise on Russian transactions as well as compliance with US Treasury Department sanctions. He is fluent in Russian and Hebrew.
Before joining Levy Goldenberg, Mr. Rothstein served nine years as Of Counsel to a prominent criminal defense firm while also running his solo litigation practice. His earlier affiliations included the New York litigation boutique Flemming Zulack Williamson Zauderer and the Moscow offices of Coudert Brothers and McDemott Will & Emery.
